207.            A transfers his business to B on 1.2.2017. what shall be the status in registration certificate of the transferred business?

On transfer of business from A to B,

A shall apply for cancellation of registration certificate & B will apply for registration under the provisions of section 22(3). If B is already registered under the Act, he shall apply for amendment in his registration certificate.
