WHETHER E WAYBILL FOR INTRA STATE MOVEMENT OF GOODS WITHIN HARYANA  WITHIN 10 KILOMETERS IS S MANDATORY OR NOT.

Answer

The provision of E-way bill in Rule 138 of HGST Rules vide Notification no. 33/St-02 dt. 15.03.2018 is same as issued under amended CGST Rule 138. 
Thus E-way bill vide Notification no. 49/ST-2  is required for intra state movement of goods of consignment  value exceeding Rs 50000 irrespective of distance. (Reply dt. 23/4/2018)
