While uploading json of GSTR 9C "Error Occurred" message shows. please solve the problem as the last date of filing in just ariving in 4 days.

Answer

There are a few issues that are being faced while filing GSTR 9 and 9C. In your case, you are unable to upload the JSON file on the portal.

Some of the possible reasons for the same can be:

1. File extension not as per the required format/size.

2. Browser not as per the requirement.

3. If both of the above reasons are not applicable in your case then you could try clearing the browsing history and attaching the

 JSON file after restarting your device.

4. This could also be a portal related issue. You could try after some time.

5. If the problem still prevails, then you are requested to reach the GST Greviance desk at the earliest.
