1. The Software is imported for the Purpose of Re Sale to the Universities.

2. Not a Related Party.

3. Consideration to be paid after Import of Software.


Answer: You are liable to pay GST on sale of imported software even though buyer of your imported service may be exempted person. (Reply dt. 14/11/2017)
