Whether HSN Code wise summary is required to be printed on the Invoice, the people are doing so but I did not find it in Rule 46. Please advise.

Answer

As per Rule 46, HSN code is required to be given therefore HSN code of every product is to be mentioned on the Invoice. If HSN code of every product is given then their is no need to make an additional separate summary on the invoice. (Reply dt. 17/4/2018)
